Swedish Massage - A gentle touch to relax away your stress - The most traditional of techniques, Swedish massage is relaxing and therapeutic using long strokes and kneading. This technique increases circulation, improves skin and muscle tone and soothes tired, aching muscles. You will leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and more alive.

Deep Tissue Massage - Similar techniques as listed above using more pressure to effect deeper tissues and relieve pain and discomfort.

Therapeutic Massage - This work addresses specific areas to effect and interrupt chronic pain patterns, the pressure could be light to deep.

Alleviate leg, hip and low back pressure caused by the body’s normal adjustments to pregnancy. Can ease the emotional ups and downs as well as aid in the unique physical challenges of pregnancy. A special blend of essential oils prepares the skin for stretching and decreases the risk of stretch marks. (Hot stone massage is not for Mom’s-to-be)
